1. Scope and acceptance
SiteKat is owned and operated by JCBlock Building Services, LLC. These terms cover the SiteKat website and related construction documentation services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to the terms presented to you for that service. The SiteKat app has a dedicated Terms of Service page. Read that page when registering or using the app. If these website terms differ from the terms specifically accepted in the app, the app-specific terms govern use of the app to the extent of that difference. Applicable Apple terms govern App Store transactions.

 

2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use only accounts and project information you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support@sitekat.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, unauthorized activity, or risks to the service.

 

3. Launch plans and subscriptions
Launch plans are personal accounts. Team invitations, shared ownership, company branding and centralized billing are unavailable at launch. Features, project limits and storage allowances depend on the selected plan. Subscription purchases take place through Apple in the SiteKat iOS app. Apple displays the final localized price and any applicable introductory offer before purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Manage, change or cancel a subscription in App Store subscription settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple's applicable policies and your statutory rights. Removing the app or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.

 

4. Your content
You retain your rights in the reports, photographs, videos, project details and other materials you upload. You grant SiteKat a limited license to host, store, process, display and deliver that content as necessary to operate the service on your behalf. You must have permission to upload the content, including any personal information or images of other people. Do not upload unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights. Review your reports and exports for accuracy before relying on or sharing them.

 

5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, bypass access or plan restrictions, or use SiteKat unlawfully. Do not misrepresent project conditions or submit false reports. Use of the service does not transfer responsibility for site supervision, recordkeeping or compliance to SiteKat.

 

6. Documentation and safety
SiteKat supports documentation and organization. It does not replace professional judgment, required inspections, workplace safety procedures, emergency services or applicable legal obligations. Project indicators and reports are informational and may depend on user-entered data. Verify information independently where accuracy or safety matters. Do not use support chat to report an emergency.

 

7. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy at /privacy explains how information is handled. We use safeguards designed to protect information; no service or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You should keep appropriate copies of important records and exports.

 

8. Service availability and changes
Features may change and interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control. We may update these terms and identify the revised date. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent for material changes. Any change to an existing paid subscription remains subject to applicable law and the terms of the purchase.

 

9. Ending use and liability
You may stop using SiteKat at any time and contact support for account or data requests. We may suspend or end access for material violations, subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and SiteKat is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
